5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Digital Products/Plans: Due to the digital nature of our meal plans and workout programs, all sales are final and non-refundable once the materials have been accessed or downloaded.
- Personal Training/Coaching Services: Refund requests for coaching services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement at the time of purchase. Please contact us for details.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Systematically retrieving data to create a collection or database.
- Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users.
